Parents’ Page
Welcome to Parents’ Page at www.wexfordeducatetogether.ie. We at Wexford Educate Together acknowledge that parents, as the primary educators of their children, play a key role in school life. We operate an ‘open-door’ policy whereby parents are invited to participate in classroom activities in consultation with the class teacher.
So far this year parents have become involved in the following ways:
-Storytelling
-Art and Crafts
-Baking and soup-making
-Geography/History Projects
-Numeracy helpers
-Shared/Paired reading
-Music and song
-Feasts and Festivals
If you have any suggestions/ideas please contact your child’s class teacher who will make every effort to accomodate you. It is advised that all parents read our Parental Involvement Guidelines.
Please keep an eye out for updates to our ‘Parents’ Corner’ on our school noticeboard located outside the office fro more information on upcoming events and fundraisers.
